They first worked for us over fourteen years ago, installed a new kitchen. We've used them ever since. They were with us for four months for the latest project. Loft extension, internal staircase, internal doors, another kitchen, and all the tasks associated with the works. Fabulous, great experience, could not recommend them highly enough.

Rich and Joe were very quick and helpful in making a quote, even taking a look at and advising on other parts of the house that weren't included in the quote. They were highly communicative at every stage so we knew exactly what was going to happen and when. The work was finished to a very high quality - would definitely recommend.

We found the team pleasant to work with, although the work took longer than initially quoted, which we accepted can happen with projects like this. After the completion there were minor defects that the team came back to finish promptly. It was brought to our attention that the trader only guarantees the work for up to 3 months after the completion, if there are any problems or queries after the 3-month period, it is up to the customer to sort out.

We are so happy with our new bathroom, Joe and his team showed total professionalism from start to finish. After being indecisive about our initial tile choice, Joe showed us some of their previous work and it helped us going forward with our choices (which thanks to them we are chuffed with!!) Mum needed a new bathroom urgently. I had used the LC Group previously for extensive extension work, loft and Kitchen. Richard and Joe were happy to do a new bathroom for mum and it looks fantastic. Another job well done by the LC Group. I highly recommend this family run business.

I couldn’t fault Joe and Johnny, they are professional, polite and friendly. Joe came to have a look at our bathroom in order to provide an accurate quote, he also gave us some advice on where best to place the suite to make the bathroom feel bigger. He managed to slot us in less than a month later and Johnny came to do the work. Johnny did an amazing job, were so happy with our bathroom transformation. He is even coming back to finish tiling around the window when our window is replaced in a couple of weeks, an excellent service

We hired The LC Group to remove a shower unit. Their quote was the most reasonable and he kept me regularly informed of dates, times etc. Joe and his colleague turned up on time and completed the shower removal quickly and tidied up the area well. He also organised a plasterer - Shaun to come and make good the walls. Shaun did an outstanding job too. I would definitely rehire LC Group to complete any further plumbing work. Additionally I would recommend this 5-star service. Thank you LC Group.

Joe and his team installed a brand new complete bathroom suite for us January 2022, and were extremely professional, competent and thorough throughout their time at our house. They were extremely accommodating to any new ideas we threw into the mix as the project developed, and satisfied my pernickety nature regarding the overall aesthetic by being just as dedicated to attention to detail. The functionality of the bathroom is also perfect, and therefore I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for future projects. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend Joe and his team after they done an excellent job of ripping out my en-suite and renewing it. Joe kept me informed of the work in progress and is easy to get on with. The tiling was of a very high quality and all there work was very thorough. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if needed.

I highly recommend Joe and his team. I wanted to replace my tub with a walk-in shower as well as retile the walls and right from the start and throughout, Joe made sure I knew exactly what they were doing. (Which I think is so important.) He and the team are friendly and easy to get on with, punctual and very keen to keep the dust etc. to a minimum. They finished on time and within the price initially quoted and have left me with a beautiful bathroom. I'm so glad I picked them and will be recommending them to all my friends!

Joe and the team undertook quite a challenging bathroom renovation for us, including knocking down a wall, bricking over an external door and dealing with an unexpected leak at a critical point in the job. They handled it all calmly and did a fantastic job. We really appreciated the hard work everyone put in, despite the challenges! Having builders in your home can be quite disruptive but Joe and his team were a joy to have around. Thank you all, we are very happy with our lovely bathroom.
