The Loft Doctor Insulation Ltd

Unfortunately, we’ve had a very poor service from Loft Doctor. We paid upfront to get our loft insulated and boarded after an initial inspection. The inspection was done incorrectly and the work caused several cracks in our ceiling, and the loft could not be boarded or it would cause further damage. It’s been over 6 weeks and despite Loft Doctor telling me initially they would look into the matter. no one I contact at Loft Doctor will now reply, let alone give us a refund or repair the damage. We’re massively out of pocket I would not recommend this company.

Had this company round for a difficult clean up (after complete roof renewal the week before), and full loft boarding. Initial problems caused by the surveyor not conveying correctly to the office parts of the job agreed, were quickly sorted out by Anthony (Installer), and Maria & Caroline in the office. The guy's, Anthony, Scott & Wilson, all worked their doo-dars off, turned up on time, we're polite (nice bit's of banter), and completed the Job to a excellent level of proffesionalism. We had a very disappointing experience with Loft Doctor. During the survey, it was agreed that a suspended floor was the only suitable option for our Victorian property, and we were quoted £1256. However, on installation day, the wrong equipment was delivered, and we were informed of an additional £850 charge. This disruption, coupled with the refusal to honour the original quote, led us to request our deposit back. While the team showed relative professionalism, my call with Managing Director was unprofessional. This behavior solidified my decision not to allow Loft Doctor to work on my property. This experience reflects poorly on Loft Doctor’s values and operations. I cannot recommend this company.

We were wanting our loft boarded only. The Loft Doctor responded very promptly and gave a very competitive quote. Steve, the Surveyor was very knowledgeable & gave us options to work with. Wesley and another guy came and fitting out the loft in one day. They did not stop! Very neat with their own dust clothes for the stairs. Cleaned up after themselves and upon looking at the end result...we are so pleased with their work. They have done a great job and cannot believe the space it have given us! Highly recommend this company/team
