His work ethic, his timekeeping, his vision and skills were exemplary from start to finish. He is an excellent communicator and took us through many ideas and concepts that we we would not have thought of. In this way, we finished up with a garden well beyond our expectations. Their commitment to a most satisfying end result was total. We have nothing but praise for Robert and his chaps and we would recommend motherinlawns without hesitation."

I would highly recommend The Motherinlawns. During the initial consultation, there was an open conversation regarding the options, with several suggestions given. The quote was very competitive and the work was of an extremely high standard. We are really pleased with the new fence and paving slabs, and would not hesitate in using The Motherinlawns again.
We had a really good experience with Robert - we found him approachable, friendly and honest. The price was reasonable compared to the other quotes that we received, and the quality of the work was very good! We asked Robert to dig out the bigger half of our driveway, put down hard core and sand ready for us to put the grids/gravel in ourselves. The work was completed in a few days, with the finishing touches done a few days later. He offered practical advice for our patio (for which, we had a very bad experience with another tradesperson) which we found very helpful. He was honest when he chipped the slab on our front porch, and fixed it for us. We would be keen to have him back to fix our patio and do some more work on the garden. Thoroughly recommend if you’re looking for someone to do some landscaping! (The picture is the finished driveway, after we laid the grids/gravel)
