Great experience from start to finish. I was given a fixed price for the job, no messing around - completely transparent. Communication was great, very friendly and polite, arrived when he said he would and finished the job in good time. I literally know nothing about this kind of work so didn't realise I needed another part, this wasn't a problem, he went above and beyond and made sure everything was complete and safe. I would 100% recommend and I personally will not call anyone else if I need anything doing again.

Contact via text msg so I got instant notifications. Txtd day before install & 30mins before arrival to check time still ok. Very pleasant sociable guy. Told me good & bad points about the new appliance bought & process of what he’d be doing before removing the old hob to check ok to proceed. Was happy to hold a conversation while doing the work. Did full safety check after install explaining why & how equipment would detect a leak. Paid by bank transfer with an instant invoice received via txt. Offered to dispose of old hob too. A top, hassle free service. 100% recommend.

Excellent work, communication and cost

The person that up was very friendly, he put us at ease straight away. He was very helpful in showing us what was wrong with our boiler and what we needed to do in the future. He quickly repaired our boiler and got it running as it should. He was very clean, very professional and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to nobody who requires boiler service or repairs.

Highly recommend this company!! My mums house had a really odd set up, with a separate water boiler downstairs to heat the water in the downstairs bathroom. After it broke, Craig drove 2 hours to look at the issue and suggested 3 options. He recommended the most cost efficient for mum. After an initial issue with the original plan, Craig was able to come up with an alternative meaning mum has now got hot water again. Craig was so lovely to work with, did the work quickly and at the weekend, and was open and honest. I can really recommend him to anyone

came out on a Sunday afternoon to see what could do. sourced a part for 20 year old boiler and priced a new one next day. new one fitted 5 days later. great communication throughout came and did exactly what said. clean workers too.
