Mark (the owner), quoted for a new roof with a large Velux, dimmable spotlights alongside the main light, and replacement of 2 blown conservatory windows. Communication v poor I had to keep chasing for updates. On installation day I was told the large Velux wasn’t even possible, a smaller one was fitted and I was later told we couldn’t have both the main light and spotlights as originally quoted. The spotlights also aren’t dimmable. Builders were tidy, did a good job, but the aftercare from Mark has been very disappointing. The promised windows still not fitted after chasing for months.
