John's style of working was great, he did the job we asked him to do but more importantly advised us that parts of our ststem were not working properly and advised on how to fix it. He communicated well by text so we knew when he was travelling to our house and gave us confidence that the problems were fixed and our system should last a lot longer.

Thermostatix installed my boiler in 2020 and I use the company to do a yearly service. John is polite and helpful and trustworthy and I am happy to recommend.

I have been using John for the past 2 years, and always found his work, reliability and character absolutely first class, I would recommend him and his company without hesitation !. I called John on the Friday and he came round on the Monday and replaced a faulty CH Synchron motor. I always use him for my boiler annual service and any other work needing a plumber.

Tom was easy to deal with from providing a quote to completing the work. He removed our old boiler and hot water cylinder and replaced it with a combi boiler. He was always conscious to minimise the disruption caused by this type of work and completed the work in the timeframe agreed. A really great service!

John was able to identify and clear a blockage in the kitchen drain pipe, and, as a result, the sink waste, washing machine and dishwasher will all work much more efficiently. Thanks so much John; really appreciated!

I originally found Thermostatix on Trustatrader many years ago and use them for all work from servicing of my boiler through to plumbing and other heating work. For this piece of work they removed a radiator and fitted a new one and, as usual, the work is of a very high standard and done quickly. They recently replaced my boiler to the same high standard of work with a very competitive price. I cannot recommend them highly enough and i do not use anyone else.

Outstanding work and service, John was onsite within 10 minutes of the initial call! He quickly diagnosed the faults, clearly communicating and explaining the faults and options for repair . He located the specialist parts required, collected them, returned and carried out the repairs efficiently, working very clean and tidily. John explained all steps along the way, was very polite and genuinely concerned about making the works as cost efficient as possible. What a great find, so glad I choose Thermostatix - Really nice bloke to boot, can’t fault any aspect - quality job!
