I am so happy with the work done for me by this company. Even though the work I needed done was quite small, the engineer sent was very pleasant, polite and professional. He replaced the batteries in my smoke alarms and replaced the light pendant in one of the bedrooms with ease. He took time to answer questions I had, cleaned up the little mess left while removing the light pendant and checked that everything was in good working order before he left. I think I have found my go to company for dealing with any electrical issues I may have in the future. I am very happy to recommend this company to anyone wanting good service for a reasonable price.

I called THS Electrical Services to ask if they were free the following day to replace a faulty light switch and replace a broken outside light. Richard Ha asked me to provide a photo of the broken light which I did by email and he responded by return email with a price which I agreed. He arrived at the appointed time and thoughtfully applied plastic shoe covers before coming into the house. He fixed and tested the faulty light switch quickly. Replacing the broken light with the new PIR version I had purchased took a little longer as it was a bright sunny day and mimicking the dark and movement required for the PIR to work was tricky but Richard persevered and got it working to my satisfaction. I was extremely impressed with Richard's clear and prompt communications skills and his professional approach. He even sent a text next morning to check the light was working OK, which it was. I highly recommend this company and Richard in particular.

This is the second time I have used THS for the EICR and resulting remedial work on my rental flat and was again impressed with the professionalism, tidiness and courtesy of Tony and his team. Helpful advice and a high standard of work at a fair price.

I wasn't sure how the pricing process would work following a request to send photos rather than a site visit to discuss the work. However, that part worked out. and I accepted the quote. When the electricians arrived on the agreed date, Brandon and his team were excellent. Very polite and explained everything well. All clean and tidy and efficient. They are able to adapt to minor changes to the work where things weren't as expected. I will be using them again and very happy to recommend them.

I contacted THS Electrical to repair a light sensor and replace a LED in my cupboard. I appreciate how easy it was to get in touch with the company and get a fair quote. I easily booked online and the work was done the day after. The engineer explained clearly what needed to be done, even though I’m a noob in all things electricity. We're decorating our flat and we left it a bit late to get some additional power outlets in a number of rooms. I rang a number of companies and got the best quote and availability from Tony Ha at THS. He put three guys on the job - they turned up on time, worked very hard all day, were neat and tidy and left us happy with the quality of the work.

Excellent service, great fault finding to fix our bathroom lights, left everything clean and tidy too.

The Electrician (Josh) was very polite and experienced. He fixed and reset our Ring Door Bell and the Flood Cams after we changed our internet Rooter. Also, the company was very Punctual as they sent me the engineer within less than an hour of my call.

He explained what needed to be done for the task I required, explained costs, and discussed another task and the technicalities behind that task. More surprisingly, he offered his services the same day! The team he sent out were wonderful- professional and thoughtful. They kept my house clean and tidy as they worked.
