Greg has undertaken various jobs for me over the past 5 years. He has always been polite, punctual and listened to what I wanted. He often has an initial look and then a conversation about the work that is required. Where possible he will give you a few options and outline what each option will entail and cost. He will only give his opinion if asked. I have found him to always be honest in his assessment and reluctant to undertake work that is not required. He and his colleagues have a good work ethic. They do not take long or ,very many breaks preferring to get the job done. He will leave the area where he has been working clean and tidy. His work has always been of a very good standard and value. He also is very trustworthy and I have often left him or his colleagues to get on with the job while I have gone out. I have recommended him to anyone who needs plumbing work. He now does work for most of my family and friends. When my boiler broke down Christmas Eve he came out at 6pm to fix it

I have used Greg multiple times, and it is his honesty that stands out to me the most. On one occasion, I had a boiler under warranty in a rental property that had had water leak into it. The engineer from the boiler company told me that I needed a new boiler, but Greg investigated and managed to fix the boiler, so saving me a lot of money. He is very honest and reliable, comes quickly when you need him, he has team too who are very responsive and friendly, I now wouldn't use anyone else. I have recommended him to many friends and family, who have also used him and are happy with his work too.

Flushed radiators and fitted a new boiler. Explained how the new system worked and fitted thermostat where I wanted. Very reliable. Visited when they said they would. Cost came in as estimated. Clean and tidy and respected home. Would certainly use again if the need arises.

As Greg couldn’t give me a specific time I asked him to text me approximately 45 minutes before he would be at my home. He did this and then arrived properly 45 minutes later. He was polite smartly dressed and carried out the work. As it was just a boiler service and check, he explained what he had done afterwards and tidied up after himself.

Greg responded to a work request on Checkatrade within an hour of posting. After some brief email exchanges about the problem we had with our heating system, Greg visited to replace a valve. All done quickly and without any problems.

Quick, friendly, tidy, explained everything. Comfortable with the cost. Other than a very minor delay on the day, everything went perfectly. Will no doubt call them up next time I have a plumbing issue.
