Dan has done a lot of work in my house. Beginning with a complete rewire, return to sort out lantern outside and some new light fittings inside, back again to prep for plastering (several times). My house is old, and it presented many problems you probably wouldn't find in a new house (ask him about the floorboards if you have a spare half-hour). He kept battling through it all and got it all done. I have many tradesman round at my house over the past year and some of them made me very very angry; but not Dan. I would not hesitate to recommend him (and I do so to my family and friends). I

The first two phases of the work were completed at our property; however, the third phase was delayed while we sourced a suitable kitchen fitter. Recently Trade attended our property to discuss the third phase. During this visit, we pointed out that a number of plug sockets, which had been requested on the kitchen wall during the second phase, had not been installed (work that has already been paid for). Trade has failed to attend 4 appointments to complete the work and is refusing to take our calls. We now have to pay a premium to another company to have the electrics finished.
