This is the first time I’ve used TM Hughes and I would have no hesitation in calling them the next time I need electrical work done in the house. Andy Jones, who came to investigate a failure in the consumer unit has a great work ethic and a really positive attitude to problem solving. Andy is very knowledgeable, listens to the customer, advises on the right course of action and then cracks on with getting the job done without any fuss. Because of his ‘can do’ attitude I was also able to get a couple of smaller jobs done as well. Thanks Andy.

Dylan was very friendly and helpful, he let us know if he needed to pop out and get other bits and knocked when he returned. He was tidy and offered options for what he thought would be best which was appreciated.

Andy and Team installed chandelier lights in 6 rooms at my home. They were on time, friendly and very professional. They followed all instructions and frequently checked in with me if I was happy at stages of the installation. They went over and beyond by ensuring that measurements and positions of the lights were perfect. They also cleaned up afterwards and finished the work on time.
