They didn’t turn up when they said they would. Waited around for a no show

EICR was due to take place on 7/10/25 with a report following 1-2 weeks later. I did ask that they contact me once the visit was completed. They did not. I paid the full price (£420) anyway as the only confirmation I received was a verbal when I called them. I have asked for proof that they carried out the works , proof of report, electricians job report, all of which was not issued (9+ weeks after visit). I asked to speak with the MD. They told me March 2026 was earliest appointment.

I chose Top Class to remove two old light fittings and install two new ones. They did not disappoint. They did a great job. The two men who came were polite, respectful and even cleaned up after themselves. I was extremely happy with the work carried out and the price too. I would highly recommend Top Class.

If you want remedial works for electrical safety certificate - AVOID AVOID AVOID! I wish I’d read the reviews before hiring. Don’t turn up when they should (3 failed visits) tried increasing price, only completed 2 minor jobs (fixing light switch and tidying cables) and left the extensive jobs such as gas bonding (8) and tried charging full whack for completing work that was not completed, which they then sent invoices weekly for, it left me so stressed out and was an absolute nightmare and has left me distrusting of both tradespeople and check a trade.

I had 2 outside lights replaced and I had Top class electrical to do the work they organised the work well And they came round and replaced them swiftly and no fuss and left the area tidy. The electrician was very polite .

I have booked an EICR electrical inspection check for my property on the 18th of June 2025 and the job was completed on the 18th of June but unfortunately, I'm still chasing to get the certificate they are not responsive at all when answering. said to call you back but never happened just one time called me and I missed their call and five to seven times I made phone calls then they answered and rebooked another appointment for today but no one turned up, and I tried to call them to inquire about today's appointment 18 times no one was interested in answering the phone.

The electrician provided good advice on the first call out and the company were very reasonable when we then needed them to come back and fit a new shower for us. The price seemed decent value for money and the customer service was good.

As a landlord I need to update my properties Electrical certificate. I ask Top Class electrical to do the work. The engineer arrived 6 hours late but he was a pleasant chap, new the job and made a nice quick job of it. However since June 2025 when the work was done and to the end September I have not had the cert. I have phoned many times but today the phone number was not working. I have emailed 6 times and no answers. Please do NOT use this Company. On Linkedin Mr Amaru the owner registered at Companies House says that he is an electricians mate. There is no other comments.

Unorganised and waste of time. They cancelled my initial appointment for no reason or communication, second appointment the electrician was late (no communication), I chased for nearly a month for the EICR to find out they have lost all the data. Waste of time and would never use this company for anything

Excellent Company. Very good service and prompt replies. Fast call out and do the job to the highest standard. The electrician that fitted my extractor hood in the kitchen was brilliant. Extremely professional, polite and friendly. Even helped clear up the mess. 5 stars, highly recommended.

Happy with the work carried out, which was replacing the pull cord for a shower. Arranging the visit was a very annoying experience. Initally gave a window of 9am to 5pm for the work. Waited all day for the first visit, then had to call them at 5pm to be told they would still be a few hours away. Arranged to revisit the next day, but had to chase again, when they didn't turn up.

I approached Top Class Electrical to quote and fit an amazing ceiling light. Customer Services were second to none, professional and understood what was required many thanks to Carole and Pele. The electrician turned up on time calling when en-route and was professional and extremely respectful of the property he was working in. The workmanship is second to none. I therefore have contacted Top Class Electrical to conduct a further light for outdoors.

They were quick to answer add and book a repair. They arrived the next day. Fixed the light and replaced fixtures and switch. Only down fall was it didn't match my previous switch so was a bit small. I can replace it now as it works.
