I would have no hesitation in recommending this trader. The team were polite and nothing was too much trouble and the quality of workmanship was excellent. They were punctual, very hard working and completed the work within the agreed timescales. We have already decided to have them back to do more work.

From point of first contact Tom showed the upmost professionism. He was very quick to return our call and arrange a visit, followed by a timely quote. Tom was very thorough in discussing our options and gave us a fair quote with no hidden extra costs. Tom and scott were very hardworking, efficient and arrived on time daily. They worked through all weathers to get the job done finishing a few days early. Tom discussed daily how the job was progressing and gave us regular updates and answered any queries we had. Tom and Scott did an excellent job on our garden. Re-laid the grass and some patio and gravel work. We made some late changes and they were happy to take them on for us. They were clean and tidy and very pleasant to have working here. Quality of work was exceptional. They worked really hard and were very friendly. We would happily have them working for us again and would recommend them to others. I'd suggest you give them lots of tea. We did and got one or two extra small bits tidied for us to boot. Very pleased with all aspects of the work.

Very punctual every day. Excellent attention to detail. No unnecessary mess, leaving the site as tidy as could be expected at the end of each day. Listened carefully to what was required and clarified understanding where needed. Would recommend Tom to anyone, nice man, and so were the fella's that worked for him. Great job.

Tom King was very nice, helpful, polite and approachable. Very happy with the artificial grass and timber laying. Excellent, hard workers and very clean.

Tom was a breath of fresh air! I called on Monday, quote came on Monday, work preparation started on Tuesday and completed on Wednesday. Polite, efficient and professional without losing the personal touch! All anxious texts answered promptly and kindly. Tom even did an extra bit of work without charging even though I asked for a quote. We can't recommend Tom and his guys enough! They have totally transformed the look of our house!! Our back garden looks incredible, you wouldn't believe you were in the same garden. The patio looks amazing!! We love the grey patio slabs. The front of the house looks stunning! I'm so pleased with the autumn, colour brick drive. I just can't wait to finish the front with some plants in the raised flower bed. We booked Tom in October 2019 and he told us he would start on the 24th February 2020. Despite the awful weather they turned on time and on the first day and every day achieved so much work. Tom promised it would only take 3 weeks, it actually took slightly less inspite of the dreadful weather conditions. Tom and his guys were so friendly, ever so polite and tidy. What can I say other than these Guys were excellent, they have made our garden look stunning, and I can't thank them enough, the attention to detail was superb and they worked so hard everyday. They turned up every day throughout the work unlike some other contractors and they were so professional and always left the garden clean and tidy. I was impressed from day one. Arrive on time and ready to go. Everyday they were promo and got straight down to work. We were consulted on our choices along the way. It was completed on time and to the price agreed. The quality of the work was very good. Very impressed with the whole experience.

Total Landscapes this week have completely transformed our garden, it's amazing. Tom has been professional from the off, he gave us a reasonable quote and gave us advice on what would look the best in our garden. There were a few challenges to overcome like having to come through our house and fill in an enormous pond which they did with ease.
