"A tile at the apex top right of my roof that was cracked in half and had let rainwater in. I was in contacted by Thomas and I wasn’t sure of the type of tile and what was required for the job. From a photo Thomas knew which type of tile it was. He came to my house as expected the following morning and within no time had replaced the cracked tile to an excellent standard. The rain has come down again and I have gone into the loft and the timbers are dry, all thanks to Thomas."
