The job turned out to be more complex than anticipated in the original estimate, a fact that became clear once the existing boards had been lifted. Shaun communicated effectively as soon as this issue arose and we were happy to pay the addition. They left the site clean and tidy and we are very happy indeed with the quality of their work."
