Tom was helpful in explaining the work that needed completing. In my case it was to remove and replace flashing around chimney stack to prevent water ingress into the home. This work was completed exactly as described to me. He attended when said and did the work in 1 day clearing up after.

Tom was very punctual, professional and direct during initial meet; using a drone to confirm the issue. Quote was provided which was within the bracket we expected. Tom had to work around another trade to get the job done, which he was happy to do. Clear, honest and transparent communication throughout. Kyle who attended, was also punctual, professional and a good communicator. He did a cracking job, completing to schedule. We had an issue at one point, escalated to Tom, which we discussed and resolved in good order. Would happily recommend Tom, and his team, to friends and family.

From the start of ringing Tom at TTL Roofers The prompt of attending the property same day and starting to arrange scaffolding for the fitting of a cowl. The whole thing took a few days.
