Ben at Tuscany got a replacement from Germany and fitted but we later had problems with the programming. He returned and sirted that out, all under warranty. Definitely 5 STAR service."

We had a couple of preparatory visits to take measurements and discuss our product choices.This resulted in a stress free experience on the day of installation.Steve& Ben were so thoughtful and tidy and very respectful of our home.They took time to answer our questions and generally were brilliant."
