Richard came and measured up the job. he was very friendly and knowledgable and was careful to check the exact height and reach of the doorstep rails so my elderly mum could get out of the house easily. He came back and fitted them and again before final installation, checked on site that they were in exactly the right place. He is reliable, informative, understanding of old people’s needs and very easy to deal with. Quality work - painted in the colour we wanted. Would highly recommend."
