I initially contacted Unicorn via email about a new front door. A lovely friendly man called Tony phoned me within just a couple of hours and by that evening we had all the brochures we needed to make a decision. Even though we only wanted a door, they didn’t ignore us and they didn’t try to sell any other products which was refreshing. Within 5 weeks our order arrived and we had it fitted yesterday. We were kept updated all the way through the process. The fitters were prompt, efficient, friendly and worked really hard the whole time they were at our house. I think our hallway was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. The door looks great, it’s just what we wanted, we have our insurance and the company are on the end of the phone if we need them. If we need windows or doors in the future we will definitely go back to Unicorn they were brilliant. I would thoroughly recommend to others.

David has done 2 jobs at my property. One was to fix my conservatory doors one was sticking and only opened halfway the other door had a gap at the top. He arrived on time and was courteous and clean and very helpful. The 2 job was to fix 4 glass panes in my conservatory .once again a first class service. Glass was received in good order and installation satisfactory, and my conservatory was left clean and tidy. I am so happy I am now going to purchase a front door. I have also recommended David to my friend who is now going to ring for a quote on guttering and windows. 5* every time

Had French doors installed in twenty sixteen and this week noticed that there seemed to be something wrong with one of the seals. Called Unicorn and they arrived within thirty minutes! Problem dealt with there and then. What incredible service.

I would highly recommended this company, from the initial contact to the installer, all very professional and approachable. I had all new windows in my house, the person sent to install my windows was obviously very knowledgeable, he also had to fit a lintel above my kitchen window. They always tidied up after themselves, so no mess was ever left. He even refitted my blinds for me. The product is of a good standard and more secure than previously.

Installed replacement windows and a new door. Arrived promptly every morning and worked very hard each day until the work was completed. Quality windows and doors and very pleased with the workmanship.

Our 40 year old, double -glazed, metal framed window needed replacement. Unicorn Windows responded quickly to my call for a quote and once I agreed, they arranged the delivery and installation within a very short space of time. The installing team were polite, friendly and efficient. They got-on with the work in a timely fashion, and cleaned-up before leaving. We are very happy with the job.

I called unicorn windows to replace a misty single window but then discovered we also needed a new front door handle which the engineer went and got and repaired the same day. I then had reason to call them again due to finding 2 more misty windows. They called me to let me know when the glass was ready and came at a time that suited me. It's always really easy to get hold of them and everyone is pleasant and just does what they say they will, when they say they will without over-charging. They also adjusted another window for me free of charge. Super easy and stress free. Would highly recommend.

The performance of Unicorn Windows from first showroom visit to installation yesterday has been excellent. All team members are dedicated and very helpful. Communication is always prompt, friendly and helpful. The product and installation is first class. Unicorn windows were recommended to me by a family member. I would also highly recommend them.

Unfortunately had a break in and needed to secure the broken glass panel in the front door. Within 30 minutes of making a phone call David was round measuring up to make the door secure until replacement glass available. He returned within the hour to install a security panel and took away the old frame. Glass panel arrived earlier than expected and installed 3 days later. David was very understanding of our situation and workmanship first rate. The super efficient response helped to ease what had been a traumatic few days. Pricing was also very reasonable.

Very pleased with all the work carried out by Unicorn Windows from initial quote to completing the work. Removal and replacement of existing facias and soffits has completely changed the look of the property. The new windows and patio doors are great. All the work was carried out very professionally. Very pleasant company to deal with from first call out to discuss design and cost through to installation by two competent technicians. Quality of the product seems excellent and very pleased with our new door.

Unicorn Windows did a really terrific job for us, this is the 2nd time we used them + can’t recommend them enough. We had a new modern style front door plus a half glazed side panel fitted + it looks fantastic - it’s totally updated the front of our house. The locking system is so good, easy to use + v safe with a good number of latching points; it feels v secure. The 2 guys who did the fitting were hard workers, diligent, friendly as well as clean + tidy; they just got on with the job. Unicorn prices were v v reasonable. We shopped around + were given other quotes elsewhere most of which were twice the price with nowhere near as trendy a range. Very happy to recommend them.

A problem with the handle of an exterior door fitted in 2023 led me to ring Unicorn at 8.30 this morning. Within two hours the component had been replaced. This is exemplary service and deserves the fullest praise.

From the time we first spoke to Unicorn Windows till the job was completed was just a couple of weeks, the new doors were fitted professionally and quickly with now mess left or making good to do, very pleased.

Your company was very co-operative and positively responsive, without delays, and completed the job in the required timescale.

What a great company, goes that extra mile what a shame all companies aren’t like this Chris and David who are more than helpful . Called into Unicorns' windows office as we had blown units and were delighted that we could get an estimate later that day. The surveyor came out a day or so later to confirm measurements. Given an estimated delivery time, which was acceptable. We were phoned to say they had a cancellation for the 13 June, earlier than anticipated, which we accepted. Fitters arrived on time at 08:30 and soon had the old UPVc unit out. They prepared the site and again had the new unit in and complete by 12:15. All rubbish was removed from the site, and a few cosmetic items were remedied. Very pleased with the installation and the operation of the new unit.

8 year old front door had a blown glass unit which Unicorn agreed to replace. It wasn’t available when we had other work done, but were given some dates that weren’t convenient. We suggested last Thursday but Unicorn said they would confirm. Fitter arrive at 9am to our surprise, fitted the panel and left within half an hour. Very pleased with completed job.
