George kept me informed at all times by phone and text from when I first contacted UPVC Doctor EA Ltd to request a quote. I found George very reliable, he explained everything he was doing and took his time to answer my questions. He was very polite and respectful as well as being very tidy when working, George was very thorough in cleaning up after he had finished the work in my house.

The door is now how it should have been when installed. Shame not everyone knows as much as these guys about correct installation and alignment.

Our front door had dropped and we were having issues closing it. George came out to assess the situation that day and repaired it whilst there. Very impressed with the work undertaken and George's professionalism. I would definitely recommend.
