Started off very nice hand friendly and then got extremely pushy for me to accept the quote today. Made a phone call and amazingly knocked £500 off the quote. I still felt this was very high and did not accept and to my amazement there sales rep came out with all kind of remark aimed to make me feel uncomfortable. Theses tactically may work on the weak and vulnerable but not me. All the fuss about customer service when he first arrived is unbelievable

The quality of the doors and windows is good. However the wrong window was fitted and one of the air vents was broken when installed. Workmanship was OK, had to get them to fix a number of bits after initial installation.
Had 2 doors and a window fitted...job completed perfectly, in the agreed time. The quality of the doors & window is great as well! Perfect communication throughout - recommend!

Very professional from start to finish. We had a french door and five windows replaced, one of which was a an awkward custom shape known as an eyebrow (semi circle) not that this phased Verdi and the new window looks great! Many thanks.
From start to finish , from quote to installation I cannot fault VERDI. Sounds like I am a false review, well, come to my house and see what VERDI installed. Perfect. Beat the major players hands down, from the sales perspective to price and installation. Russell in sales, the office staff (sorry am rubbish with names) to Lee and Cam who installed. 11 out of 10. Huge smiles.
We had our fascias and guttering replaced with Verdi. We are very pleased with the work. Nick was the salesman and he was polite, punctual, helpful and knowledgeable, not at all pushy but felt confident dealing with him. He visited us twice to fit around our schedule with our baby. Surveyor came out quickly and was efficient, polite and punctual. He called when he was close by to let me know which was helpful when I’m at home with a young baby. Installation was arranged quickly. The two fitters arrived on time on day 1, they were polite, efficient and a pleasure to have around the property. On day 2 the job was completed by one of the fitters. Cannot fault the workmanship, our property had a particularly tricky bit of fascias to fit but this was managed with ease by the fitters we are pleased with the installation. The fitters tidied up well after. Would recommend the company and in particular Nick the salesman and Rob the fitter. Before and after pictures are attached.
hadn't heard of Verdi before they knocked on the door... but the service from Salesman, through to after sales have been excellent, the work and quality is fantastic, i have already recommended these, and i will again.
I had a worst experience with this company. They quote me double for a design which I m happy to go ahead as the sample they bring has a brilliant quality but they altered my design door and ordered with asking me and told me that they can put that design coz of wrong measurement but after a wasting too much time with them they came to install the door and they ordered the wrong glass design again came several time to change and finish the job but the quality of doors they put very poor not very happy. As there is draft in them when windy I feel the air and noise. When I complaint them they found the door fixture had slight bend which intially refused to accept then they say yes it’s slightly and tried to fix but it’s not fixed. When I called to registered a complaint they have not registered and told me that can’t come back again and again.

However, our notes, call recordings, and site visit reports tell a conflicting tale. According to our information, we have been out to visit your property on nine occasions. On two occasions, you were not present, two occasions we fixed genuine minor snags, on five occasions we came to assess a draft. Upon the service engineer arriving with the test equipment no draft could be found. After five visits where no draft could be found we said we would need video evidence of the draft, this has never been supplied. We feel we have done everything within reason to satisfy your complaint and the invitation to send the video proof is still open. If you have any after sales questions then please do not hesitate to contact us, Kind regards Verdi Home Improvements"
Put us at ease, they were friendly, always kept us informed and the fitters worked in all weathers, nothing was too much trouble.
Pleasantly surprised with the price of the doors canvasser and salesperson polite and respectful. Knowledgeable and tidy and not at all pushy. Fitters tidy and efficient. Arrived on time. Overall an excellent experience.
