Within hours he was with us and stopped the leak, corrected the issue and was totally open to manage expectations. He's reliable, trustworthy, courteous and super high quality. Knows exactly what he's doing and is sincere when the customer is at a pretty low and vulnerable point. I would highly recommend and personally, I wouldn't go anywhere else - he's fab!!"

Agree the call-out fee, the hourly or fixed rate, and whether parts are charged on top — in writing — before an emergency plumber starts. Out-of-hours overcharging and 'while I'm here' add-ons are common complaints.
