Mike from Warmflame Gas is an excellent example of a first class gas engineer within today’s industry. His knowledge covers a wide spectrum so giving a customer confidence from initial meeting to job completion. This comes from a retired engineer who spent his working career in and around the gas industry, within both the domestic and commercial fields.

Mike fitted the boiler in 2010 and has serviced every year since, very well satisfied with the quality of his work, would recommend without a doubt.

Mike is very reliable, professional, knowledge, tidy and polite. We have been using his services for years both for our home and our rental properties. Mike Hertel @ Warmflame Gas has provided excellent gas services to me both by maintaining and enhancing my house boiler and gas fire. He enhanced a previously under-specified boiler with an expansion unit, which has worked well since he identified the issue He also replaced an ageing lounge imitation gas fire specifying and installing a replacement. If there was an option to give a 10 star rating I would. Mike repaired my boiler 4 years ago and when it was ready for replacement I contacted him for a quote. He arranged a survey, arrived on time, gave me 3 options for boilers and clearly detailed the work he would carry out. The quote was agreed and the installation took place within days. The room was immaculately covered and floors protected. Mike and the other engineer were polite, friendly, efficient, minimised any disruption to the household whilst carrying out the work and are clearly very professional. All mess was tidied, waste taken away and a clear explanation of the new system given. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone and will sign up to his boiler service plan. Thank you so much for making the whole process so incredibly stress free. Top class !
