Craig came out early to service the air conditioning unit at our sstore, he was excellent, very pleasant and very informative about the work he was doing. He also gave excellent advice about getting best from the unit. As a result of his excellent service, we also got a 2nd unit serviced at another location. We would highly recommend his company, we will also use him again in the future.

This is the second time I have used West Midlands Electrician Ltd, though whilst Craig did the work last time, Alex completed the work this time. The job involved replacing two flood lights and five up and down lights outside as well as removing various electrical cables and sockets in the garden and garage. Alex arrived a few minutes early, worked diligently for a little over two hours and was polite during his time here. I would use Craig and Alex again.

Craig and his team worked throughout the evening to save us having down time with our works department. I highly recommend if you want a reliable trust worthy and reasonable company for your electrical work to give him a try. He is now our companies preferred electrician

Craig replaced four smoke alarms that were connected to the mains. He arrived on time, he worked quickly and efficiently, and he charged a fair price. Craig lives near to me which is the main reason why I contacted him first, and I'd happily contact him again. Indeed, provided the price is right I will be inviting Craig back to do some work to my rear garden electrics; I am just waiting for his quote.
