Rob has done work for me in the past and I wouldn't use anyone else for any flooring requirements. As well as leaving me lots of samples to select from he visited a couple of times before the job was due to be done, to make sure we were both on the same page, and how we were going to schedule the works with the other building work I was having done. The flooring Rob laid looks amazing and I am delighted with the quality of the actual floor, and the professional fitting of it. Rob fitted our new laminate flooring in our hallway and lounge. Absolute top service from the initial measure up, fantastic advice and what products we needed to go with the new laminate flooring and then a perfect install. We couldn’t fault anything and the pricing was very competitive too. Such a great job we asked Rob to renew the carpet on our stairs and landing. Again such great quality carpet and perfect install. Rob was very helpful and patient in explaining the options available for the flooring in our new kitchen and providing us with samples to enable us to choose what we wanted. He was punctual, professional and accommodating when our schedule had to change. Overall a really great service. If you need flooring done do not go to a big generic store, use Rob instead. An absolute professional who arrived on time and was working hard to ensure he finished on time. Floor looks great, was left very tidy and it is clear Rob is an expert in this area! As part of a total kitchen refurbishment, Rob was engaged by the kitchen company to lay the same flooring that they had in their showroom. I’m really pleased with the whole experience, from the laying of the liquid underlay that was used to smooth out my concrete flooring, to the laying of the Amitco floor.
