Our roof was leaking, where the flat roof met the pitched roof. They quickly came out and identified the potential problem. A starting price was given - but that was subject to what they found when they started work, and lifted more of the tiles etc. The job nearly doubled in price, but I was kept informed, shown what was being done and the reasons why throughout. The roof has not leaked since.

Fast, reliable service following storm damage. Quick quote and the work actually came in slightly under the quote which was much appreciated.

After waking up one morning to the sound of water dripping down onto my bed and an ominous stain slowly moving across the ceiling, I contacted a local but unknown company which I found on the internet. A quick phone call to the company describing my problems led. I am pleased to say, to a very professional job from start to finish. Clarity about the various options open to me which would negate the problem and the costings, allowed me to make decisions from an informed standpoint. The team who worked on my roof are to be commended, they were punctual and hard working throughout the two days. They left the area both clean and tidy. I would no qualms in recommending this company.

The work requested was to complete the floor boarding of my loft to the new necessary standard. This work included removing a raised platform which originally held a metal tank and boarding out the remainder of the space making sure that the wires and insulation was intact. This has allowed me to better utilise the space as the head room is higher in that area. The work done was if a good standard.

We were past Williams number from a friend near by would used his company back in the summer this year and came highly recommended and he was very clear on all works that was taken on and done to a very high standard so we gave them a call and got a quote and we accepted during works being done we was kept up to date on all the process and at the end when all the job was completed in time frame agreed we was not left in doubt that we would use William in the near future

William was fast to respond to our call and booked a appointment over the phone and was on time on the day when arrived looked at our leak and was very easy to understand on what the problem was and how to fix I was kept up to date on work progress and a few days later we had heavy rain and no leaks it was a problem on going for a while so pleased to find a honest roofer and will not hesitate to use in the near future

I rang and was quoted the same day. It was an emergency and they started the next day. Kept me up to date with what they were doing. Very efficient and friendly guys. Excellent job and clean up before they left. Very happy with what was done. Would definitely recommend. Great company.

We called William because we had a leak in our roof he called back the same day booked an appointment for later that day and found the problem straight away we was very happy with the price give and would recommend to anyone who’s looking to have work done and we will definitely be using William again in the future was kept up dated on all the work done before and after was a pleasure to hire them

William was friendly, polite and extremely helpful right from the start. When giving me an estimate for all the work required he explained exactly what needed to be done and why it needed to be done. He arrived punctually on the three days it took to do the work and cleared away all debris once the job was finished. He and his son worked extremely hard every day. I am pleased with the neatness of the work which has definitely given my property a much better appearance. I would definitely recommend William and his son to anyone who enquires.
