We recently had a new windows installed in our conservatory. The two young men sent by Windows Express Bromley worked extremely hard and were so efficient, completing the work to perfection. We are certainly more than happy and satisfied with the experience from Windows Express Bromley.

Very pleased. Workmen were very good, tidy, clean, cleared everything up and explained everything to me. Came early which was good. I am very pleased with all the work and the windows and door look great. I would certainly use Window Express again and would recommend them. Good price too.

I had 2 windows at the front of my house replaced today and have to how impressed I have been from start to finish. Elliot was my initial contact and he personally came to house to measure up and quote. Elliot was professional really polite and you could tell he actually cared about the customer, everything he said he stood by and kept me informed at every stage. The two fitters today were really excellent and they must be praised for doing a fantastic job and cleaned up after they finished, you wouldn't know they had been in the house apart from my new gleaming windows.

Came in, ordered windows, waited for the slot (& Stephanie managed to squeeze us in before Xmas), job over in 2 days, replaced 5 windows, ground and 1st floor, cleared everything; like nothing happened. Stephanie, who provided the quote, was professional, clear, and very helpful — and once the quote was submitted, we were not chased at all, which was refreshing compared to other companies and gave us space to make our own decision. Roger and Jayden installed six windows and two new doors over three days, and their workmanship was excellent. They were punctual, friendly, and very tidy, taking great care of our home throughout. Absolutely perfect experience. I literally could not fault them. As someone who got several quotes for several jobs and every single time Window Express were the best by far. We changed all doors/windows on the kitchen extension as well as a bathroom window. Window Express were communicative, friendly, professional and trustworthy from the start. We worked mainly with Elliott and he was brilliant. Advised that we could have twist-and-turn windows when we were previously told that was not possible, patiently answered countless emails on window options, colours, etc. The fitters were very good, didn't leave any mess at all and we didn't have to re-decorate. And the prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend!

We have worked with Windows Express to replace all of our windows and front door, they've been a real pleasure to deal with - quick responses, really friendly, on time and competitively priced. I recommend Window Express Bromley without reservation: they were courteous, efficient and discussions with Stephanie and Elliott, about a difficult issue with 10yr old bifold doors, were very helpful. They didn't hassle me to accept their estimate but I was glad that I did, as Roger and Reece did an excellent job and went the extra mile to make sure all was well when they left – the doors open fully and close smoothly now. The window they also installed is neatly done and exactly what I asked for. They were careful working in a rather crowded room and left everywhere clean when they left.

We have been very pleased with the knowledgeable and professional service from Windows Express. We have had single glazing replaced throughout the whole house, along with 2 x upvc back doors. Such a big decision and a big spend, however we are confident we made the right choice of supplier and fitter, after extensive research!
