Gregg was a pleasure to deal with, kept me fully informed throughout the process of ordering and replacing a blown double glazed unit. Left no mess, was polite and competent. The price quoted was the price invoiced. Would highly recommend.

Gregg was very responsive to my initial approach and after my providing him with some photos and additional information he was able to cost the work, subject to a site visit. He turned up exactly as he said and completed the work swiftly and to a good standard. I found him very helpful and if the need arises would certainly use his services again.

Greg was very helpful when I called to enquire if he could help me with a broken double glazed window lock. I explained I was unable to secure the window and Greg arranged to come out late today (his last working day before Xmas) to ensure we were safe. He was friendly and changed the lock in a very efficient and timely manner and also checked another lock for me. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to friends and family.

Window Wizards, came and estimated cost for 2 window repairs. They were informative and quickly diagnosed the problems, gave me a quote, without being pushy. I text to confirm we would go ahead and within a few days they arrived on time and completed the repairs of a mechanism and hinge replacement. He let me know when he was on his way and had all the parts to repair the 3 windows that needed hinges replacing etc. He and his colleague did a fabulous job and I would wholeheartedly recommend them. Gregg did some excellent work to replace some damaged double glazing and handles. Prices quoted were very reasonable and the work was carried out on the agreed day and time to a very high standard. Gregg also provided excellent advice about replacement glazing and even advised against doing something which would have cost me more but wasn't worth it in his opinion. Very honest and extremely professional. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company. Top marks from me!

Gregg and Bryn arrived on time, both offered to remove their footwear. I needed two handles to be replaced on separate windows. They ensured they matched. They also replaced the seal on our composite front door which had split. Gregg and Bryn did an excellent job. They were both really polite and friendly and would definetly use Window Wizard again.
