Darren is a very personable man who obviously takes a pride in the workmanship he provides. The fire door was installed quickly and efficiently. He cleaned up after the work was completed and provided a video of the work that had been carried out. I was so impressed with Darren that I have asked him if he would quote for a total provision of fire doors in a house currently being converted to a supported living accommodation.

Darren and his colleague did a fantastic job bringing my flat’s front door up to current fire safety standards. They arrived punctually, fully prepared, and completed all the required work - including fitting intumescent strips, smoke seals, compliant hinges, a self-closing device, and even a new peephole and handle to account for the door’s added weight. The door now looks great and closes smoothly. Darren was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly, even providing the necessary documentation for my block management company. I also appreciated how he reviewed the original inspection report and ensured all remedial works were done correctly. Very happy with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to use Fire Door Solutions again.
