I don’t have a side access to my so there a lot of disruption during the works but you wouldn’t know they had been there now. Communication was also clear and everything was explained in a way I could understand. The price was also fair and as agreed and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Paul and his team again."

Before you hire a builder
Never pay a large deposit up front — agree a staged payment schedule tied to completed milestones, and hold a small retention until snagging is done.
