Excellent service! I highly recommend the door adjustment service if you need it, Andy and Adam really know their stuff! My door was jamming and the fix looked impossible because the hinges were too tight to the wall render to be adjusted, but they managed it and wow, what a difference! Very happy customer and I give Andy and Adam 10/10 stars

Woodfield recently fitted some patio doors and a couple of windows. The pricing was fair and they kept me updated on the timescale for fitting the doors. The fitters did a great job and left the space spotless. I am very pleased with the workmanship and quality of the doors. I will definitely use Woodfield Windows again.

Andy was punctual, professional and did the work to a great standard. Our porch door had stopped being able to be locked. He was able to align it quickly and even changed the lock at no additional cost. Thank you for your great service.

I had all the windows replaced in my property. From first contact to the finished installation, I cannot fault the communication and customer service. Catalina was so helpful in supporting me and answering all my questions, no matter how silly they were! On installation days the team were here on time, ensured all my flooring and furniture were covered and worked very hard leaving everything tidy when they left. Liam and Kyle were excellent ensuring everything was fitted correctly and kept me up-to-date on progress, explaining what they were doing. My windows look great and I am a very happy customer!

A really great service from start to finish, from Paul first coming to survey the repair/replacement to the different options he shared with us, allowing us to choose windows which are genuinely sympathetic to the house. The work happened on the day it was supposed to and the whole project - including scaffolding - was beautifully project managed. The team that completed the installation explained exactly what they were doing and both minimized the disruption in the house. Even better the clean up after the job - which was completed in one day, including removal of the old rotten windows - was so good that it was hard to know anyone had been in the house. Terrific work, a real 5* experience.

Absolutely excellent service from start to finish. Catalina was extremely kind and stayed late one Friday in order for us to go into the store to make our selections with regards to doors, windows and the fixtures and fittings. Liam and Kyle arrived at the time stated and worked non-stop even when it was 31 degrees outside. Before they left in the evening, they would make sure everywhere was tidy and clean. They were lovely and polite and nothing was too much trouble. If you are looking for new windows or door, I would highly recommend Woodfield Windows and Conservatories Ltd.

Woodfield has recently repaired my UPVC windows that were jamming and slipping. They arrived on time, were friendly, professional, and did a really good job of the repair. The cost was reasonable, too. Would highly recommend Woodfield and will use them again.

I called Woodfield Windows to fix a set of conservatory doors which were jamming. It was quickly established that there was no room for manual adjustments through the hinges. This meant we were reliant on Phil's experience and expertise to address the issue. He tried a number of fixes and managed to get resolve the situation. Without his knowledge and perseverance we would have had to pay to replace the doors instead. I would highly recommend Woodfield and would definitely use them again in the future.

Fantastic Experience with Liam & Kyle! Liam and Kyle did an excellent job fitting my new front door. They were incredibly efficient, polite, and professional throughout. Nothing was too much trouble, and they left everything spotless afterwards. Their attention to detail and friendly attitude made the whole experience seamless. I Contacted Woodfield windows regarding new Double glazing and an internal Door. Catalina visited she was very experienced and we went through options after I accepted the quote I was visited by Phil who measured up and got things moving. on the day of installation. I was met by Liam Kyle and John. I couldn’t have had a better team working here. Nothing was too much trouble and they worked in the very hot weather. They have done a great job. I couldn’t be more pleased five stars all the way from me thanks guys. They also did a huge repair in between the top and bottom floor windows and have done an incredible job. I will definitely be using them again in the future as I will need another internal door fitted. I can’t forget Jane the receptionist who was also lovely thank you all delighted with my windows.

I had a new front door fitted by Woodfield Windows and from first enquiry to completion of the job I was very pleased with the whole experience. When the door was fitted, because of arthritis in my hands, I was unable to turn the key on the outside of the door nor was I able to open the door from the inside. However the fitters immediately had a solution to the problem and were able to provide me with an appliance on both the key and the inside lock to make it possible for me to use the key and open the door from inside. Throughout the whole procedure the all the staff at Woodfield were professional, courteous and helpful.

What can I say, except such excellent service from the company. I came home last week to find the external letter box flap laying on the door step and the fitting broken beyond repair. As the door was fitted over 4 years ago the hardware was no longer under guarantee. So I popped in the shop in Ruislip Manor and within a week I had a new letter box fitted and I am one very happy customer.

Good afternoon. I was recommended to Woodfield windows by a good friend quite a while ago they done our windows front door & back door they were very professional & polite & very tidy always cleaned up which is great had a problem with the thumb lock on my front door as my partner has lupus & had difficulty opening it so contacted them & explained the problem & they went out of there way to solve it as quickly as possible would highly recommend this company based on my experience thank you

Having finally decided to replace a very drafty front door, we decided to use a local supplier. The complete experience with Woodfield, from the initial placing of the order to installation, was excellent. All staff involved, from order placement to installation, were very helpful and professional. The finished job is very neat. Special thanks to Phil, who came out to demonstrate the correct way to open the door the day after installation - no problem with the door, just the customer!!
