"Wayne was recommended by a friend, so I asked him to come to my property to give me a quotation. Wayne viewed my roof from ground level and then climbed a ladder to take photos of the repair work. I was satisfied that the quotation was fair, so we arranged a date for scaffolding to be erected and the roof work to start. Wayne and his team arrived promptly every day and completed the job ahead of schedule. They cleared up and took away all material leaving our property clean and tidy. We are very pleased with the work carried out on our roof and are very happy to recommend Wsawer Roofing"

Never pay a large deposit up front — agree a staged payment schedule tied to completed milestones, and hold a small retention until snagging is done.
Get it in writing: an itemised quote with scope, materials, start and finish dates, and how any changes (variations) will be priced.
