Communication was good. They came with the wrong doors initially but managed to get the right ones pretty quickly. Installation was quick. When I had issues with drainage they came within a couple of days to fix.

The workers were very polite helpful and tidy They have done several jobs over the past 2 years all of which were satisfactory ans done to a high standard

We had a skylight, a window, and 2x sliding doors fitted - there was a bit of back and forth with Yara to get them all fitted just the way we wanted them, but they were very willing to return and redo things without compliant, so that was very impressive and we were happy with the end result. We were further impressed that, several months after completion of the job, they came back again to do a couple of further tweaks to the door frames so that they fitted just right without compliant or question - this counts for a lot!

Very organised and attentive contractors willing to accommodate and make necessary corrections to the project. The work is very good quality in end and loose ends get tied properly on request. Both lead owners, Mo and Kaled very easy and pleasant to deal with and attentive to all the concerns.

Yara Glazing removed a rotten sash window and frame, and fitted a new double glazed wooden sash. It took a few weeks for the window itself to be ready, but the installation only took a day and the fitters were quick, neat and not disruptive. The window looks great and is much warmer than the old one.

So, my experience with this company... I explained the job that I required and opened it to offers, thet replied within a couple of hours. Within two days they arrived to view. Very polite and engaging, asked direct questions of what I wanted. Very impressed. At this point I have become used to potential quotes just disappearing without notice...these guys are different. Good contact and two days later the quote. I asked questions, they answered immediately and alleviated concern. I struggle with internet deposit payments, so made a minimal transfer to ensure it was correct...this was the night prior to the queen's funeral. The reply was first thing Tuesday... How long did it take from full deposit to arrival? 2 hours...I was stunned. Work rate fast, on call for any issues...work completed within 4 hours. Site cleaned and work of a very high standard...even full explanation of locking system. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We are very pleased with the service received, from planning the work with Mo and Khaled to executing it with Chris and Zino over the last two days. We changed the windows and doors of our entire flat including 2 doors and 6 windows. Chris and Zino approach to work was very professional. It felt like having friends doing work for our flat while we were with the kids in the rest of the flat. We didn’t have to worry about anything as they were always professional, precise, and clean. The windows look great! A special thank to Chris who was always happy to satisfy our requests with a smile and answer our questions. We have decided to refurbishing the rest of the flat through Yara Glazing and home improvement. We would certainly recommend them.

Yara Double Glazing, were friendly, punctual, professional and excellent value. They put dust sheets down everywhere and cleaned up after themselves. They installed 2 new double glazed windows. They made good around the window and were done in a day. We just need to do a bit of painting to the timber frame and wall. We would use them again and recommend them. Thanks very much
