We hired Richard for our ground-floor renovation, which included a garage conversion, removal of structural walls, and installation of RSJs. The work was completed to our expectations. During the project, a few unforeseen issues arose, and Richard paused work to consult with our structural engineer, who attended site. We appreciated this approach, as it ensured everything was done correctly rather than proceeding without proper buy-in from our designer. mosy morning, we had a quick discussion about the plan for the day, which kept us well informed throughout the project. Richard’s team is small but hardworking, and they clearly take pride in the quality of their work.
