Mark did anyone excellent job of our main bedroom and hallway upstairs. We had an old concrete slab in the flooring infront of a previous fireplace which he removed and replaced to match the wood. He was clean, efficient and friendly, leaving everywhere tidy afterwards. We are going to have 2 more rooms done the same and would recommend him to anyone.

We found Mark online as needed a wooden floor specialist and had reached out to friends for recommendations to no avail. We wanted our existing flooring extending into the extension, and then treating and oiling so it colour matched the original flooring. Mark was prompt in visiting us to provide a quote and clear on what the process involved, price and timescales. The job was done in the time specified and to a great standard…I think he may have actually left the house cleaner than what he found it. Very impressed and have already recommended to friends.

Mark was great, we were so happy with the work he did on our floor. He even came back to do some minor touch ups for us. We are going to book him again to do our hallways and would definitely recommend him!

Mark has now done 5 rooms in our property, starting with 4 rooms last summer involving repairing / sanding existing floorboards and coating with lacquer. He did this over a period of several weeks to fit round our schedule of plastering and decorating and was very flexible. More recently (16/02/2026) he has laid & lacquered a reclaimed oak flooring to our loft bedroom. At all times he arrives promptly, works full days and i polite and accommodating. Quality of the work is fantastic and we are extremely happy with the results. Thanks!

Mark carried out a fantastic job restoring our original 40/50s flooring. It was very worn and tired having not been looked after in many years and had put up with punishment from refurbishment. The floor has been sanded and loose blocks glued back down and secured. A burn mark was cleaned up and can no longer be seen thanks to parts been rearranged and restored. Mark is friendly and reliable and I would highly recommend his service.
