Publishers agree on a three tier picture: budget renovations around £6,000 to £16,800, mid range £11,500 to £35,000, and bespoke from £25,000 to £60,000 or more. Fully bespoke projects that bundle building work, flooring and electrics can reach £40,000 to £100,000.
