Does what it says on the tin - meets all his promises and more!

The best trader that I have ever used. He was prompt, punctual, perfect - the whole task was done from start to finish in one day from replying to my contact to job completion.

Our boiler broke down on Sunday, we sourced Scott's number from Trust a Trader, rang, explained the problem (no hot water or heating). Scott arranged to come out on Monday. Scott arrived as promised, identified the problem, sourced the part needed, advised us of the cost, before then returning later in the day to fit it. An excellant service, Thanks Scott. We will definately recommend Scott to family and friends.

Came out to solve our emergency as we had no heating. Turned up during unsociable hours, resolved the problem and at the same time identified and solved another problem with our heating system which has plagued us for years, that no one else could solve. Excellent value for money any very professional service.

An emergency dealt with over the phone professionally and to rescue a damsel in distress with no hot water... they will be coming out to service the boiler in the coming week as this happened on a Saturday night... I would certainly recommend their expertise and look forward to my boiler being back on track... thanks Scott for your help and kindness :)

Scott is an excellent, friendly helpful engineer. His suggestion to branch from the boiler supply and run, unobtrusively down into the kitchen meant that we didn't have to dig up the whole of the kitchen floor, or lift the laminate floor in the hall. Scott kept us informed of his work at all times, texting me photos of progress. He also kept me informed of any delays in his arrival on site. His friendliness and professionalism shone through when after completing the work, he drove my mother in law home, who was house-sitting for us while the work was being carried out and then took a look at a problem she was having with her fire. Service with a smile and very professional. Would have no hesitation in recommending him to anybody.

Excellent communication - phoned me back within a few minutes as promised, and managed to fit the Gas Safety inspection into his schedule at short notice. On time and efficient, so will definitely book again. many thanks!
