I'd recommend Scott for a number of reasons: 1) his communication skills - he replies to messages quickly; he explains issues clearly, comments on options for alternative courses of action and and makes logical recommendations; explained how the new boiler and programmer works clearly; 2) his work ethic - he worked a long day over a weekend to replace our boiler - a job that took over 9 hours on the day plus time in the morning to pick up the required kit from the wholesaler. 3) he's a pleasure to have working in our home. Overall his service provision levels are exemplary and professional.

Couldn't recommend Scott more highly. He was friendly, professional and reasonably priced. We were unable to be home the first day of the job but there were no issues at all with just letting him in to get on with it. Work was all completed to a high standard. He was very patient and explained everything thoroughly as we had a full new system installed. He took away the tank that was no longer needed too. I phoned late on a Friday after boiler went in to fault. Call was answered promptly. Quickly identified the issue with the boiler over the phone and explained how I could easily fix it myself. Boiler was up and running again in 10 mins, which was critical during cold spell of weather.

PHONED LATE AFTERNOON TOLD HIM THE PROBLEM HE WAS WITH US EARLY EVENING FROZEN PIPES OUTSIDE SOUGHTED THE PROBLEM OUT CHECKED THE BOILER UP AND RUNNING. GOOD VALUE .WOULD RECOMMEND HIM.

I was absolutely desperate.A sick husband freezing weather and water pouring from my central heating boiler. 8 am on a Monday Morning. The gas board told me to ring round and find a gas safe engineer- myself.Everyone was out on jobs or too busy. Finally I found Scott who came before starting another job.He was kind and efficient and prompt. He wasn’t the nearest plumber but he came out of his way to help me.I live in Chorley he was in Adlington .I promised I would write a review. Scott was very polite and professional. We had a leak with our boiler and he went through the available options and cost. No high pressured sales just honest advice. We opted to get a new boiler fitted and Scott was very professional when fitting and talked us through how it works. I also think the cost was very competitive. Will definately use again in the future.
