"I decided to ask 3Lance for a quotation for renovation of our two bathrooms after seeing the quality of work Andy’s team performed on a large extension for our son-in-law. I was not disappointed. Our project has run smoothly from the start (with a designer recommended by Andy helping my wife and I to decide what we wanted) to a finished result that is truly exceptional. Aside from the high level of cleanliness maintained throughout, what has impressed me most is that nothing was too much trouble, with my sometimes nit-picking requests being accommodated without complaint. Fantastic service!"
