"Andy did an amazing job installing a water softener under our sink, which required quite a bit of tricky preparation work first. He is efficient and personable and just got on with the job - apart from the fact the water was off we wouldn't have known he was there! He then went on to service our boiler, which again he carried out quickly and efficiently. We wouldn't hesitate to use Andy again in the future. Thank you very much!"

Throughout the process, he was very helpful and explained everything really well. On the day, he worked extremely hard on a long day. His work was thorough, with attention to detail, and excellent quality. On completion, Andy sorted out the extended warranty/ certificates for us, which arrived next day, so we didn’t have to do anything. Would not hesitate to recommend."
