A1 Alarms, Electrical and CCTV

A1 Electrical replaced the fuse board and carried out some associated rewiring in my elderly mother's house last week. From start to finish they were fantastic - I cannot fault them in any way. The price was great and the work was carried out to the highest of standards by electricians Michael and Paul. They left absolutely no mess and were polite and courteous at all times - nothing was too much trouble for them. I would have no hesitation in recommending A1 to anybody. Thanks again for a great job.

Had an alarm installed by A1 last week. Richard gave honest and comprehensive advice. Michael installed the alarm a few days later. He arrived promptly. He was friendly, professional and tidied up any mess as he worked. He explained the system and answered my questions. I phoned the office a week later to ask about something I'd forgotten on the day of installation and my question was answered quickly without being patronising.

I would highly recommend A1 Electrical. Richard and his team were superb. We had our very old fuse board upgraded together with some major rewiring work. This was carried out by the 2 Michaels and Paul over the course of a few days and they did an absolutely fantastic job. They were courteous, polite and nothing was too much trouble for them. They explained everything as they went along and despite the disruptive nature of the work, there was minimal mess when they finished - even damage to wall coverings was made good. I should also mention that A1 fitted an alarm for us a few weeks earlier and that work was also carried to the same high standard. All in all a great company providing an excellent service at very competitive prices.

The workmen where very efficient and put me at my ease as I am in a wheelchair. I had CCTV put in and it is a system, which was also recommended. It is just what I wanted and I am feeling a lot safer and less vulnerable. It also means my daughter can check to make sure that I am alright, on her mobile app. I can thouraghly recommend this company, as they live up to all that is advertised. Many thanks for high standards, both in workmanship and management. I would use again.

We had a rewire a couple of months ago and we would like to say how pleased we are with the work carried out. The work was carried out with minimal disruption and hardly any visual signs of the rewire afterwards. The whole team are fantastic and we would not hesitate to recommend them. We would also like to thank Richard for his help with previous work carried out by another company to a shoddy standard which had to be redone and his help resolving our complaint with them, which I am happy to say was resolved satisfactory. Excellent work, customer service, really first class, we cannot praise them enough. Thanks again.

We are pleased with the alarm… No wires, easy to use. Mike Mc was very efficient and tidy. Patiently showed us how to use system.
