“The job was carried out in a very friendly and professional manner. I had an old garage which I used for storage. I had a close look to their job all the time and I have to say that they were very efficient and confident of what were they doing. They offered me a variety of options and materials to fit my budget. My new office looks amazing!”

Alex was very difficult to contact and had poor timekeeping. He did not turn up to the first date arranged and his communication skills were poor. After beginning the work on a later date, he agreed to return to complete this work within the week. However he would not reply to repeated calls and text messages. After two weeks he eventually answered to say that it was too much work and he would not complete it, despite us paying him in part in advance. To sum up: Poor time keeping Uncontactable Didn't turn up at the agreed time or day Didn't finish the work
