We used Richard for our Level 3 survey. The turnaround was very quick - he was in the house within a couple of days from us instructing him, and the report followed day or so later. The report itself was super thorough but what stood out the most is that when we asked for a call to go through the report, he was warm and patient and explained things clearly. Great services! Would 100% recommend!

This was by far the best and clearest survey I have had done in many years of getting surveys to check properties before moving to purchase. Clear descriptions of each element and what it means written in a way that anyone could understand , helpful images and drone images too, recommendations and clear lists of action points.
