Graham responded very promptly to my initial enquiry, quoting me a price which was honoured on completion of the job (in spite of me cheekily asking him to remove a stain from my car seat as well). He was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable and I will definitely use him again when the need arises. Thanks Graham!"
