We've had an alarm system with Absolute Alarms for over 25 years and last January had a new system installed. This visit was the first annual maintenance check and all was working well. The engineer was professional and polite explaining what he was doing and also taking time to show me other functionality of the system and the app on my phone.

Upgrade to Alarm system. Quote was precise and performed quickly. Install was excellent, not only did the installer swap out our old system to be upgraded efficiently he also identified a weakness and rectified it. Thorough system test and helpful when handing over the system and explaining the changes.

Firstly I wish to say that the engineer who carried out the annual maintenance was excellent: friendly, polite and professional. But I am shocked to be told recently by letter that our system installed December 2021 would no longer be covered on an all-inclusive basis for the £167.40 annual charge we have been paying (replacement of 11 small batteries at £6 each when needed about every two years is extra). Continuing to have an all-inclusive inclusive contract would now cost £234 plus the cost of any batteries required.

The quoted price was acceptable, the engineer arrived on time and carried out the installation with efficiency and without making a mess. He then talked us through the intricacies of the components with politeness and left us with a fully functioning system.
