I have used Ian's services 3 times, now, initially in 2019 for the set up of my Freeview and more recently for equipment upgrades. On each occasion, I have found Ian to be very prompt, knowledgeable, efficient and polite in manner. His prices are fair and I am more than happy to recommend his services to others.

Ian came to fix a tv to the wall but found that there was a problem with our electrics. Thankfully he is a fully qualified electrician and he spent the next four hours checking our sockets to find where the fault was. Extremely methodical and thorough . I can’t recommend him enough, superb service

Really good guy

Ian attended our home at very short notice in order to sort out a problem with reception on our television. He communicated with us promptly with regard to making the appointment and then attended when we had agreed. He explained all of the work that he was going to do and obtained our agreement to various aspects of the job. When the work had been completed he invited us to see how a proper signal was now being received on our equipment and also showed us where the wiring was. We are very pleased with the work he completed for us.

Ian was curtious and professional. He kept me updated all along the way. My aerial was swaying in the winds and I needed it to be removed. He came and removed the aerial swiftly and even cut up the aerial in small parts for me to dispose of. Good work

Highly recommend in every way and even better, Ian came back a few weeks later with an independent inspector from NICEIC who verified all his work.

Ian was absolutely wonderful to work with. He arranged to be on site promptly to assess the required works and returned within just a couple of days to complete everything efficiently. So glad I got Ian in to sort my TV problem. Did a lot of testing of the signal on a computer . Very professional and very knowledgeable. Has years of experience, I think can fix anything. Price was very reasonable and even helped out one of my neighbours. Very friendly and got everything working ( even good with the dog!) Respectful of parking outside too. Sometimes you worry, about contacting a tradesman, to do some work at your property, well, I was very quickly put at ease by Ian, who listened to me about my problem, and explained what he was going to do, and how much it was going to cost. He was efficient, careful, and tidy, three things, that customers appreciate, I am pleased with his work, and I would happily recommend him, to family and friends, thank you, Brian.

Ian from ISS came to put an aerial up for me. It wasn’t straightforward, as the chimney had been lowered. Ian was punctual and friendly. He removed all the old cabling and clips, there was no mess whatsoever. He asked me for a bucket and cleaned out the gutter where workmen had left rubble ! He was very kind to an elderly lady. Ian was great. He fitted our security floodlights around the house and sorted another issue with ease and in good time.

Ian from ISS installed a new aerial on my house and did a fantastic job. He was polite, professional and very respectful. He had to work in the dark. Which made it even more difficult but it didn’t stop him. He cleared up after the job and double checked all his work. If you need anything electronic done then he is the best man for the job.

Very very pleased with Ian and the work he did on our 40 year old aerial and wiring system. He spent a long time analysing the various issues and discussing different options to overcome them. When we had agreed the best way forward he gave me a firm quote for the work. The job actually took rather longer than expected but he kept going and overcame some unexpected issues en-route. The weather was miserable but he never complained, he left everything clean and tidy when he finished and stuck to his original quote and gave me a guarantee on the work done. I would certainly recommend him.

Ian came months before work started and to work out how to extend my wi-fi and helped me decide to buy the right hardware. When he came to install my camera, he helped me arrange the hardware in the right places to get the right results. I found we could discuss different options openly. He came across as respectable, warm and friendly.

What a star, found this company on trust a trader, he came in quoted job, kept me updated of progress and also showed me any issues and discussed with me what could be done, everything looked so much better after it was done. Would recommend him and have asked him back to do another job too!
