Initially I was pleased with their response They came and told me my dishwasher could not be repaired and talked my through looking for a new one which I duly ordered They then offered to plumb it for me and gave me an appointment to do so after delivery Today they told me that there was no appointment and put the phone down on me having offered me something 5 hours later I put this appt in my diary on Wednesday I’m now having to look for someone else as the man who spoke to me was offensive and lied I only hope it is the case that I needed a new dishwasher as now I have lost all faith

Smart checks

Before you hire an electrician

In England and Wales, notifiable electrical work (new circuits, a consumer unit, anything in a bathroom or kitchen) must by law be signed off under Part P of the Building Regulations — confirm they will handle that.
Prefer an electrician registered with a government-approved competent-person scheme (NICEIC, NAPIT or ELECSA) so they can self-certify the work meets the wiring regulations.
Insist on the Electrical Installation Certificate (or Minor Works Certificate) when the job is done — it is your proof the work is safe and compliant, and you will need it if you ever sell.
Look for consistent reviews across several named sources, not one polished profile.
Check any verified credentials, and that the business details independently check out.
