"Pat came round with a drone, which was really helpful due to the extent of the roof issues. We got a quote from another firm, but they did not provide the same level of detail. Their quote was the same, but with fewer guarantees and details on the work the planned to do (replacing part of the roof, replacing tiles, waterproofing a flat roof). ACE also left the scaffolding in place for a few weeks for no extra cost, to ensure nothing was leaking. We were grateful for that and their quick work. They were polite and very available, communicating via WhatsApp, phone and email."
