We had several things being done at the same time while we still lived in our home (kitchen extension & new kitchen, refurbished dormer bedroom, landscaped rear garden & new patios, new French doors in garage and new electrics & consumer unit). Nothing was too much trouble for Mark and his team. Everything was clearly explained and we also took on board any suggestions they made about the the proposed works. The guys were friendly, knowledgeable, good at their trades and very tidy. They had a good laugh together & genuinely seemed to enjoy their work"

He immediately sorted out the outstanding current issues; the architectural plans, seeking a new Architect to complete them, sorting out the building regulations, planning permissions etc. We were exceptionally pleased with Mark Paynter and his team. Mark is a really good organiser and project manager, on site most days. The building works went very smoothly. Mark was always one step ahead of my questions"

Very happy with the work we had done.
