"Found I had a problem with a leaking shower pump in the loft which luckily had not yet destroyed the ceiling. Called Acra plumbing and Tony came out the next day, which was a Saturday, with a similar shower pump which he then fitted. The problem is solved without ruining the upstairs ceiling and I have a fully working shower pump. He was helpful on the phone, attended very quickly, arrived when he said he would, and did a thorough job without leaving any mess. I will be happy to use Tony again when and if necessary."
