Excellent service. Response and efficient. Aniel quickly identified the problem, fixed it and had my hot water back on within 30 minutes. Definitely knows his Vaillant boilers. Left everything super clean.

The experience was great. The man knew exactly what he was doing and he was very professional and clean and very tidy. More to the point, he was helpful because Currys let me down regarding fitting the new cooker.

Neil was great. He came to fix our boiler after a flood at short notice late in the day and then returned the next morning to fix another problem he spotted while doing the job, as well as a problem with our hob. Highly recommend.

We had an emergency at 1am and thankfully found A&E Plumbing, he helped us over WhatsApp and fixed the problem so quickly! What a lovely person so kind and patient with us with really easy instructions for us to do ourselves. Couldn’t have found anyone better, don’t know what we would’ve done otherwise :)

Aneil installed a new boiler for us. He was very helpful, he lent us a fan heater to use until the installation, he was very responsive to messages, quick, clean and tidy, reasonably priced and very nice to deal with. We now have a great new boiler, it is quiet, and for the first time in years I can actually have a hot bath.

After discussing options with Aneil regarding my old leaky boiler, I decided to have it replaced. Aneil managed to source and fit a new one very quickly. All the work was carried out to a very high standard. Communication was excellent throughout. He was always punctual and called ahead before arriving. He also provided useful advice regarding some prep work I needed to carry out before the fit which was great. All in all, really happy.

Sorted out our blocked toilet and was super polite, cleaned up the excess water afterwards. Thanks :)

Diagnosed boiler faults and repaired quickly. Provided clear explanation of parts needed and costs involved.

Neil did a full service on my boiler and replaced part of the pump. He was very clear about what was involved, what it would cost and he talked me through everything as he did it. Considering the time and what was involved the total cost was pretty reasonable and he also didn’t charge to replace a sensor which was found to be faulty during the service. Would recommend

Neil came to our place and was able to resolve the issue with the boiler fairly quickly; verry happy to have hot water in this cold weather. He also provided us with good information about replacing the unit as the boiler is old. Would recommend the local service.
